Co- Founders Kevin Bobby, Mark Cruz, Jason Trinh created this legacy in 2016 at 4th street market and have since then brought in their chef Kat Vacharabul who is now a co-founder of both our Long Beach and Riverside locations. Chef Kat and her team have displayed their true passion for savory eats through their inventive burgers, gluttonous fries and nachos, sliders and more. Everything is made in house and our team strives on providing the best customer experience possible to make the best out of your pig out experience at Pig Pen!
